Shipping and Return Policy
All products are shipped ground and are shipped within three business days.
Venice Surf LLC wants you to enjoy your Venice Surf Racks and be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
You may return our racks for 110% refund of the sale price within 30 days of purchase on up to three racks per customer. If over three racks are returned, the remainder will be refunded at 100% of the purchase price. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. After thirty days, goods or services may be returned only at the sole discretion of Venice Surf LLC.
In order to be eligible for the refund, first email us at returns@venicesurfracks.com within 30 days of the purchase to notify us of the return. After receiving this email, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number that must be on the returned package. We will happily credit you for the order upon receipt of the product(s). Venice Surf LLC is not responsible for return shipping fees. Thanks again for your business!

Venice Surf LLC Payments & Processing are carried out using Paypal express. All payment processing is secure and encrypted and we do not store your information after you order.
Disclaimer of Liability
Venice Surf LLC sells surfboard wall racks that require installation on solid wood wall studs to ensure that the rack can support the weight of surfboards. Because Venice Surf LLC sells an uninstalled product, the customer assumes responsibility for the installation of the rack and uses it at his/her own risk. Surfboards that exceed 25 lbs in weight should not be used on Venice Surf Racks. Venice Surf LLC is not responsible for racks that fall off of the wall or the damage caused to the surfboards held on the rack or any other items involved in an accident. By buying and installing this product the customer assumes full responsibility of its use and does so at his/her own discretion and risk.
Venice Surf LLC, including all of its officers, agents, and employees, present and future does not make any warranty, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, or process disclosed on the website.
